Delivery Guidelines and Damage Policy
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–14 days. Free shipping applies to regularly serviceable areas. Remote locations may have added fees. The carrier will contact you to book delivery, and tracking details are sent the next business day via courier freight.
Package Arrival
Deliveries occur on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Call the carrier on delivery day to confirm timing and have someone available to receive the shipment. Before unloading, verify the label matches your address and take photos of the package on the truck.
Inspecting Damages
Inspect the freight before signing. If damage is found, note “Damaged” on the delivery receipt and take photos of the unit and pallet. Call us to report issues. Damaged parts are replaced when noted. Refuse delivery if damage is severe.
