Delivery Time
You'll receive tracking information via email the day after your order ships with Courier freight. Please track your shipment and have all tracking numbers (one per box) ready for delivery, as the carrier won't schedule appointments. Your order may arrive in 1-7 boxes, depending on the product.
Package Arrival
While you don't need to be present for delivery, we recommend receiving your order in person if possible. The carrier will deliver to the closest dry, accessible area on your property. Please ensure a clear path for the truck and driver. Upon delivery, verify the number of boxes received against your tracking information. If there are any discrepancies, contact the carrier for assistance.
Inspecting Damages
Carefully inspect each box for any corner damage, rips, or dents, and ensure that the tape and staples are secure. (Please take pictures of all boxes for your records.)
